LUNCH & LEARN SEMINAR
Empowering Employees & Fans to Be Your
Social Media Brand Ambassadors
PRESENTED BY
Cheryl Bella
from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Social media has democratized corporate messaging and now employees, customers and, in the case of nonprofits, even volunteers, are almost as important to establishing and maintaining a good brand reputation as the company itself. Companies are no longer in complete control of their brand, but with the right mindset and tools employees and fans can become trusted allies and voices for internal and external communicators.
Cheryl will discuss:
-
The mindset and tools needed to empower brand ambassadors
-
How to identify and engage the key individuals you want to participate
-
Ways of making sure your brand ambassadors ‘get’ your brand
-
How to protect your brand on social media
-
Success stories from organizations engaging ambassadors (both through officially designed programs and organically)
Join us at this professional development seminar to learn how –
with encouragement and trust – your employees and fans can become your company’s
most important and loyal brand ambassadors!
